Breathing in SOOM Civilization is the way to run that system consciously — in other words, ‘a manual for using the life energy that every human being holds.’

1. 01Breath is the bridge between energy and consciousness. The breath of the danjeon (lower energy center) is a breath of quantum superposition that goes beyond the binary of 0 and 1. It is the code that links matter and consciousness, life and information.
2. 02The way of breathing in SOOM Civilization accords with the working principles of the universe. ‘Soom’ is ‘radiant energy (氣)’ — the name of the wave by which the universe sets life vibrating. Through this way of breath, the human being experiences the ‘cosmic algorithm.’
3. 03Human consciousness computes in real time with the universe. Thought is not mere calculation, and breathing is not a mere physiological function. When the two meet as one, the human being becomes an operator of the universe.
