WHY SHARE THE BREATH
Why we share
breath with the world
Why we learn and share breath
and train its teachers
Learning breath, sharing it, and raising teachers: the three reasons at the heart of SOOM Civilization.
Key points at a glance
01
Five reasons to learn
and practice breath
To heal ourselves
When you, and no one else,
can switch on the power plant within your body,
you truly become the master of your own life.Caffeine, painkillers and stimulating videos
lend us energy for a moment,
but breath is a boundless energy within us
that we never have to pay back.Someone who, whenever they are exhausted, can recover on their own
through their breath before reaching for someone else
does not collapse, however much the world may shake.Muscles shrink with time,
but right breathing deepens throughout life.
Who you will be in fifty years is decided by how you breathe today.Even if machines do everything for us,
this ability to breathe and recover on our own
belongs to human beings alone. Those who have it will be the true masters of the age of AI.
02
Five reasons to teach
and share breath
To heal our neighbors
When I am at peace, my partner finds peace,
and so do our children.Breath is the starting point of social change,
creating the greatest transformation
from the smallest unit. From an age of curing illness after it arrives
to an age of preventing it before it comes.Breath is humanity's finest system of prevention,
the most effective way to reduce the cost of medicine and hospital care.Breath asks for no faith.
It has no factions and no sects.Beyond religion, nationality and race,
it is the one tool all of humanity can share.Vitality that was once invisible can now be seen in numbers.
The moment it is measured, change begins;
the moment it accumulates, it becomes an asset. This is humanity's first system for sharing vitality.
A historic mission: to open to all of humanity, for the first time,
a practice of the Way passed down to only a few for thousands of years. If it is not shared in this age,
we may have to wait thousands of years more.
03
Five reasons to educate
and train the teachers
who guide breath
To heal humanity
Videos have their limits.
So do apps.A person's breath
can only be passed on accurately through another person's breath.Right breathing survives only where there are right teachers.
Without a proven system for teachers,
in twenty years SOOM Civilization
would lose its original form to factions and variations.Standardized teacher training
is the only way to protect the authenticity of SOOM Civilization.Even if mass media reaches ten thousand people,
it is hard for even one to truly change. But when one right teacher
meets a hundred people in person,
all hundred are changed. This is the true essence of sharing.
For SOOM Civilization to reach the world,
every region needs its own teachers.Teachers in America
Teachers in China
Teachers in Europe
Teachers in the Middle EastUnless they are trained,
SOOM Civilization will remain within Korea.AI and robots are rapidly replacing existing jobs.
In factories and offices,
behind the wheel and at the help desk,
there is less and less room for us.Yet there is one realm machines can never possess.
The realm of awakening a person's vitality
through a person's breath.A Soom teacher
is a new human profession opening in this age.· Soom Guide
· Soom Master
· SES measurement specialist
· Human Code coach
· Global Soom messengerThis is work that does not wear you out, however much you do it.
Raising teachers goes beyond saving one person:
in an age of vanishing professions
it is a social mission to open a new blue ocean.
From me to my neighbor,
from my neighbor to humanity
This is the flow of SOOM Civilization.
When the breath changes,
life changes,
and the world changes.
